Impact to customers
As I am sure you will appreciate it is not possible for us to complete these fantastic improvements to the centre without creating some disruption to the many various activities that we run in the centre. We are working as hard as we can to keep these disruptions to an absolute minimum.
The following changes will take effect from Wednesday 13th May and remain in force until Friday 3rd July.
- The village change area will be closed from the bottom of the stairs to all patrons.
- The two disabled changing rooms in the village change area will be closed to all patrons.
- The male and female toilet and washrooms will be closed to all patrons.
- All swimmers are asked to use the male and female dry changing rooms. Signage is in place throughout the building, additional staff have been deployed to the changing areas to ensure customer know where they are going during the works, and to maintain the levels of cleanliness in the dry change areas.
- Additional lockers will be placed in the corridor outside the dry change to ensure there is an adequate supply.
- Access to poolside will be via the yellow doors adjacent to the flume catch pit and up the steps.
- Patrons that require to take a buggy or chair onto poolside may do so by taking the lift to the ground floor and accessing poolside via the access ramp in the beach area.
