Welcome to H20 Swim Life swimming lessons. Qualified swimming instructors take all pupils through a structured lesson programme teaching new skills and techniques in an enjoyable and safe environment.

Rewards
All pupils receive a colour coded swim hat and a log book upon joining the scheme and are rewarded at the end of each level with stickers*, certificates** and badges**

Pupils paying by Direct Debit can also benefit from:
- A guaranteed place on the next course
- Unlimited swimming outside of lessons
- Up to 5 badges and certificates
Structure of the Scheme
 1st Wave 6 – 30 month
Introduction to the Pool – contains useful advice for your childs’s early visits to the swimming pool. (Please note this is a pay and play session).
 2nd Wave Goal – to achieve 5m badge.
Pupils will progress through 5 levels learning valuable water skills including:
- How to make a safe entry to the pool.
- How to float, glide and retrieve objects from the pool floor.
- How to confidently swim 5m unassisted.
 3rd Wave Goal - to achieve 800m badge
Pupils will develop strokes and stamina including:
- Breaststroke, Backstroke and Butterfly
- Front crawl with proficient breathing technique
- Racing starts and competition turns
- Personal water safety
