Advanced Bookings
Customers are required to apply for a Booking Number by filling in an application form on their first visit. All bookings must be paid for prior to the start of the booked session. Arrangements for Special Events or Block Bookings should be made through our Events Coordinator
Cancellation Policy
We require 24 hours notice of cancellation for all bookings. Customers giving less than 24 hours notice or those who fail to attend pre-booked activities will be charged for the activity in question.
In accordance with clause 6.3 of our Terms and Conditions, Isospa members who fail to attend pre-booked classes will also be charged the full casual fee for the activity in question unless 24hrs notice has been given (extreme circumstances will be considered).
Cancellations can be made by telephone or in person. Customers with payments outstanding will be placed on default until full payment is received. Further bookings will NOT be permitted until the outstanding payment has been cleared.
