We offer a wide selection of classes to suit all ages and abilities.

Body Training Systems (BTS):

Body Balance – A dynamic yoga based stretch programme which combines fundamental principals of yoga, pilates, breathing and flexibility.  The strength training invigorates and tones releasing tight tense muscles leaving you in a state of energised calm.

Body Pump – The most successful group fitness programme in history, BODY PUMP is a 45 – 60 minute class using barbells and adjustable weight to tone and condition muscle while raising metabolic rate for rapid fat burning.

Body Combat – Combines powerhouse moves and stances developed from a range of self – defence disciplines including Karate, Kickboxing, Tai-Chi and Taekwondo.  It is an empowering athletic workout that will have you fighting fit.


Hatha Yoga – Hatha Yoga is a gentle form of yoga that consists of stretches and meditation.

Aerobics – The classic workout mixing music and choreographed exercise.  Good for fat burning and improving cardiovascular fitness.

Basic Step – All the basic moves! A great beginners class.

Bums and Tums – Exactly what it says! Aimed at all levels, this is one of our most popular classes.

Circuit Training – A traditional circuit class including plenty of running, hand weights, press ups and other favourites. A very popular class, this one appeals to men and women of all ages.

Active Lifestyle 50+ - Lo-impact class for our customers over 50, which works the whole body in a safe and effective way.

Weights and Abs – Designed to help shape and give definition to your upper body using hand weights.  One of the best classes for fast results.

Step and Abs – This one is for the lovers of step.  A class full of choreographed moves designed to burn calories.  Followed by 15mins abs workout.

Aqua – Fun in the water workouts to tone and shape with no impact.  Woggles, mitts and floats are used to add buoyancy and resistance.

Lean Legs – A real tough one for getting those legs trim and toned.  Very effective and definitely not for the faint hearted.

Pilates and Pilates 50+ – A combination of strength and mobility work.  Performed slowly and precisely.  Designed to improve core strength and posture alignment.
