GP (Exercise) Referral Scheme

This package offers people who are inactive or have a health condition the opportunity to participate in a range of exercise opportunities such as gentle aerobics, gym sessions and/or Aqua-therapy.
This is available at both The Swallows Leisure Centre and The Sheppey Leisure Complex, were you will find our fully trained team very passionate, approachable and motivational.

Phase IV (Cardiac Rehab)

This is a hugely successful scheme targeting people who are either recovering from heart problems or heart surgery. This is a specialised class for coronary heart disease clients.  The main conditioning component comprises endurance training with some resistance and flexibility. The Exercise sessions are provided to assist in the client’s recovery.
Our programme of Phase IV is available at both The Swallows Leisure Centre and The Sheppey Leisure Complex.
